Service On Demand.
"Service on Demand" is one of our most used services, this type of support
often called "On Site Callout " means that we respond to a call for I.T.
assistance, usually at your premises, this service is "ad hoc" thus
there is no contract to sign up to and no monthly charges.
The Total cost of any Service On Demand callout is
simply made up from two seperate charges.
1. ON SITE / CALLOUT: is charged at one off fee of £35.00 for our Standard
level accordingto our SLA's and is charged at one off fee of £55.00 for
our Enhanced level accordingto our SLA's for any local business within Inverclyde.
2. TOTAL HOURS SPENT at your premises is charged at a rate of £50.00 per hour
and is calculated per 1/2 hour spent at your premises.
i.e. 1 hour and 25 minutes at your premises would only incur a
charge of 1.5 X 50 = £75.00
Note: Travelling Time is already included within the callout charge.
NB. Out of hours support carries the following premium rates
Monday - Friday after 5PM - 1.30 X rate
Saturday / Sunday - 1.50 X rate
Telephone Support.
Some customers take advantage of Telephone Support as it has the distinct
advantages of speed of resolution and low cost attached.
If you feel that we can solve your particular issue over the telephone
then we will do our best to resolve the problem.
Telephone support is currently charged at £12.50p per 1/4 hour segment
although short calls of less than 5 minutes are currently not charged.
Remote
Support.
Remote
support is a connection between our P.C.'s at our premises
and your P.C.'s at your premises, thus we can fix a software,
setup or program issue remotely by "taking over"
your P.C. via a networking connection.
The
advantage of remote support is that the response time is greatly
reduced
to help achieve a faster resolution, and there is obviously
no "Callout Fee" attached.
Remote
support rates are same as "service on demand" except
the minimum
is 1/4
hour at a rate of £12.50 per 1/4 hour.
Workshop Investigation & Repair
Investigation, repair and consultation services carried out within our premises
attracts a current rate of £50.00 per hour, calculated per
1/2 hour segments.

Hosting - Single Page / Business card (no maintenance) - £60 per year
Stanadard Hosting - 100MB (no maintenance) - £135 per year
Additional webspace - £20 per 100MB
Website Maintenance (no scripts) - £12 per month

Domain Names (managed) - .co.uk - £35 per 2 years
Domain Names (managed) - .com /.net etc. - £30 per year
