Ensite I.T. Solutions Ltd. offers a range of warranties & SLA's to suit your company's
needs.

Standard: Our Standard warranty for business clients is complete peace of mind on
all hardware purchases. No matter how we source your I.T. hardware, we take
charge of your warranty during the first 12 months of product life, and that includes
 on-site response during the warranty term, and we endeavour to attend during the
first business day of your call for assistance.

Accordingly, our Standard SLA's for "Service On Demand" or " On Site Callout " 
is given the same high priority, and we aim to respond and attend at your
business premises on same working day as request received .
Standard warranty includes manufacturers guarantee and does not include
debug or repair of your equipment by Ensite I.T. Solutions which would supersede 
the manufacturers guarantee, and does not include any re-installation at your
premises or re-load of any software or customisation of any equipment.

Enhanced: Our Enhanced support includes all the benefits of our Standard
services, except that our response times are guaranteed for "same business day"
and we endeavour to actually respond within four hours of your initial contact.
Furthermore, we will attempt a repair or solution at your premises if
applicable and if any equipment has to be retrieved back to our workshop for
further analysis or repair, then rest assured your I.T. equipment takes priority
over all work we currently have in progress in order to facilitate a fast and 
effective solution. 
Also your equipment will be returned to your premises free of charge within two 
hours that an effective repair or solution has been implemented, and your equipment
will be re-installed at no extra charge. Furthermore if you equipment needs to be
returned to the manufacturer, then we will proactively save any data and 
de-customises any hardware solutions, to ensure that on it's return we will
restore your equipment back to it's working state.

promote customer confidence in our invoicing procedures. .

we aim to make our terms completely transparent and uncomplicated.

 Payment Terms:
We operate the same generous payment terms for all our clients whether 
old or new.

On completion of the works agreed, an invoice is billed to your accounts, and
payment can then be made anytime within the next 30 days after the invoice date.

us and we will do our best to find the correct solution..
